UPS Standard:
 • 5 to 7 business days Guaranteed Delivery Service to the United States.
 • Orders are usually processed from 24 to 48 hours of receipt.
 • Delivery time for UPS is calculated from the day following pick-up
   from the CardBlanks™ warehouse.
 • Please note: UPS does not deliver to PO Box addresses.

Xpresspost:
 • 2 business days Guaranteed Delivery Service in Canada.
 • Orders are usually processed from 24 to 48 hours of receipt.
 • If you wish to use Xpresspost, please contact Customer Service.

Return Policy:
 •  If you receive goods damaged in transit, contact Customer Service within 7 business days.
 •  If you are not satisfied with any product, please contact us within 7 days
    of the delivery date to arrange an exchange or refund of your unused item(s).
 •  In this instance, return shipping costs would be the responsibility of the purchaser.
 •  The product’s receipt and original packaging are required for all exchanges or refunds.

SHIPPING GLASS
    Glass is at a high risk of breakage during shipping
 •  Kwik-Frames do not include glass when shipping is required.
 •  We will ship glass when you order 5 frames or more (same size)
    They will be packed together, as a unit.
    This method dramatically lowers the chance of breakage.
 • You may also choose to buy glass in your local area.
    Regular picture framing glass (2 mil) is readily available and not expensive.
 • Or order lightweight Plexiglas, which we will ship with one or more frames.
